Delivery Information

We deliver island-wide — to homes and offices anywhere in Sri Lanka — through our island-wide courierpartner. Enter your address, city and district at checkout and we'll send your order straight there.

Delivery is freeon orders delivered anywhere in Sri Lanka — you'll see it in your order summary at checkout before you pay.

Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM (Sri Lanka time) on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders confirmed later are usually dispatched the next working day.

An order counts as confirmed once we've accepted it and, for bank transfers, received your payment (card payments are confirmed as soon as they go through). Times are in working days and don't include public holidays. Severe weather, strikes or other events outside our control can occasionally cause delays — if your order is held up, we'll let you know.

Prefer to collect your order? Choose Store Pickup at checkout. Pickup orders are usually ready the same day, and our team will contact you with pickup instructions after you order. You can also choose to pay at the store when you collect.

You can pay for your order with:

• Cash on Delivery
• Visa / Mastercard / Amex (PayHere)
• Bank Transfer
• Pay at Store (pickup)

With cash on delivery there's nothing to pay in advance — you pay when your order is delivered.

For bank transfers, please use your order number as the payment reference and send us proof of payment. We dispatch the order once the payment is confirmed.

Card payments are processed securely by PayHere; we never see or store your full card number.

You'll see your order number as soon as your order is placed — keep it handy. If you have an account, sign in to My Account to see your order history and the current status of each order.

For a delivery update or courier tracking details, contact uswith your order number and we'll check it for you.

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If the package is damaged, something is missing, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible — you can return items within 7 days in store or by courier, and returning a faulty or wrong item costs you nothing.
