When you place an order

Your name, email address, phone number and — for delivery orders — your delivery address, city and district, together with the products you order, the delivery or pickup option and the payment method you choose.

If you create an account

Your name, email address, phone number and password (stored only as a secure hash, never in plain text), any delivery addresses you save, and your order history. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and Google account ID with us.

When you contact us

The details you give us and the content of your messages, calls or emails, so we can help you.

Technical information

Like most websites, our hosting providers automatically record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.

Card payments are handled by PayHere. You enter your card details on PayHere's secure payment page, so we never see or store your full card number; we only receive confirmation of whether the payment succeeded and a payment reference. PayHere processes your payment under its own privacy policy.

• To provide your account, saved addresses and order history.

• To prevent fraud and keep our website and customers safe.

We don't sell or rent your personal information.We share only what's needed, with:

• the courier that delivers your order (your name, phone number and delivery address);
• PayHere, to process card payments;
• the service providers that host our website, database and images, who process data only on our behalf;
• authorities, where the law requires it.

This website uses only what it needs to work:

• Your cartis saved in your browser's local storage, so it's still there when you come back. It stays on your device.
• A sign-in cookiekeeps you logged in to your account. Basic account details are also kept in your browser's local storage while you're signed in, and removed when you sign out.
• Your light or dark theme choice is saved in local storage so the site looks the way you left it.
• Third-party services we use — PayHere at checkout and Google sign-in on the account page — may set their own cookies when you use them.

You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time; you'll be signed out and your cart will be emptied.

We keep order records for as long as we need them to deliver your order, handle returns and warranty claims, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Account information is kept until you ask us to close your account.

We protect your information with reasonable technical and organisational measures, such as hashed passwords and secure sign-in cookies. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password that you don't use elsewhere.

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;

• stop contacting you about anything other than your orders.

You can manage your saved addresses and password yourself in My Account. For anything else, contact us — we may ask you to confirm your identity first.

Our website is meant for adults; we don't knowingly collect information from children. We may update this policy when our website or services change — the current version is always on this page.
