Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use localhost:3000 or buy from SK PC Technologiesonline, including orders you collect from our store. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean SK PC Technologies, and “you” means the customer.

By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Sri Lanka.

• All prices are in Sri Lankan rupees (Rs / LKR).
• Prices and stock are updated from our shop system and can change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
• We take care to describe products accurately, but photos may be illustrative and specifications can change between manufacturer batches. If something matters to you, please ask before ordering.
• If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price or with wrong details because of an error, we'll contact you before processing the order. You can then confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund of anything you've paid.

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products in it. Our team then confirms the order with you; a contract is formed when we accept and dispatch it, or when it's ready for you to collect.

We may decline or cancel an order — and refund anything you've paid in full — if:

• the product is out of stock or no longer available;
• there was an error in the price or product details;
• we can't verify the order, the payment or the delivery details; or
• the order appears to be fraudulent.

If only part of an order is available, we'll contact you to agree what to do.

We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

• Cash on Delivery
• Visa / Mastercard / Amex (PayHere)
• Bank Transfer
• Pay at Store (pickup)

Card payments are processed by the PayHere payment gateway. Your card details are entered on PayHere's secure payment page — we never see or store your full card number.

Orders paid by bank transfer are processed once the payment has reached our account. Please use your order number as the payment reference.

With cash on delivery, please have the exact amount ready when your order arrives.

We deliver anywhere in Sri Lanka free of charge, usually in 1–4 working days, or you can collect your order from our store instead. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Ownership and risk pass to you when the order is delivered or collected. Full details are on our delivery information page.

You can return items within 7 days of receiving them, in store or by courier, subject to the conditions in our return & refund policy. Refunds are processed within 24 hours of the returned item being inspected. Products that carry a warranty are covered as described on the product page and in our warranty policy.

You don't need an account to order. If you create one, please keep your login details private and your contact and delivery details up to date. You're responsible for orders placed through your account, and you can ask us to close it at any time.

You may use this website to browse and buy products for your own use. Please don't misuse it — for example by attempting to break its security, overload it, or copy its content in bulk.

The website's content belongs to SK PC Technologies or is used with permission. Product names, brands and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell.

We're responsible for providing the products you order as described and for the remedies set out in these terms and our policies. To the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, such as loss of data, business or profit, and our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
